I reach out for this serum on hot and humid days because it helps in oil control and makes my skin matte. It is absorbed very quickly and has no residue or sticky feel. The vitamin C did not cause any irritation though I am yet to notice any considerable brightening in my skin. I totally recommend it for people living in tropical climate and struggling with oiliness."

I love using this in my morning routine given its light texture. It does makes my skin glow but not in an overly manner, hydrating that is just right and still layers well with my moisturizer. I noticed it does brightens my overall skin tone, but does nothing on my dark spots (well, my vit c serum tackles that). My four star rate was due to what it claims isn’t new in skincare. If its in a mask it would be definitely new!"

"This serum is bright yellow in color due to the sea buckthorn. It has a runny texture that absorbs into the skin quickly, leaving no stickiness behind. A drop or 2 is more than enough product per application. This serum is recommended for oily and sensitive skin; however, I found it nourishing enough for my dry summer skin. However, I do use a hydrating serum/ampoule as part of my routine before this step generally, as my skin is otherwise still craves extra hydration. This serum has a really cool and refreshing feel on the skin and after using this serum as part of my routine for a week, my skin is feeling soft, smooth, and a little more radiant. This serum is also vegan and cruelty-free, and does not contain any fragrance."
