We ship worldwide. The shipping cost policy of all countries is as follows.

With some carrier services experiencing unexpected delays in transit or slight delays in providing tracking details, we appreciate your patience and understanding in advance. It's our top priority to make sure your orders get delivered to you as soon as possible.


Delivery Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days before shipment.
Estimated delivery time after shipment is 5–10 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, public holidays, or peak seasons such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your order through our Tracking Page or the courier’s website.
If your tracking shows “Label Created,” your package has already been shipped and is currently in transit.


Customs & Duties

All baerry orders are shipped with customs duties and import taxes prepaid (DDP).
This means there will be no additional fees upon delivery.
Please note that we cannot mark orders as gifts or declare a lower value on customs forms.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete, including street name, building number, and apartment or unit number if applicable.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delivery delays or failed deliveries.
baerry is not responsible for undeliverable packages caused by inaccurate address information.


Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails due to the following:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

  • Refusal to receive the package

  • Absence at the delivery address
    baerry will not be able to issue a refund.
    If you notice an address error, please contact support@thebaerry.com immediately before shipment.


Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is not delivered, please contact our Customer Experience Team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and relevant photos.
Our team will review your case and arrange an appropriate solution such as a refund or replacement shipment.
