"this is one of the items that delayed my package because it's flagged by the fda so keep that in mind US-buyers! other makeup products sold on this site might also result in around a 1-2 week delay as well, but not all of them (did not flag my 2aN blush) u dont have to do anything and will receive a letter in the mail telling u what was held (they do it in batches. they dont hold the individual liner but the bulk that it came from before one's put into ur individual package) the letter arrived after my package did though. took 3-4 weeks since placing an order for the entire package to arrive instead of the usual 1-2 weeks. product is safe to use and works fine."

will still smudge. . .

". . . if u have an oily face, obviously. it's otherwise fine, but for anyone with oily face u just have to do extra to keep even smudge proof makeup intact unfortunately. has a felt tip which im not a fan of so not recommended for those who want finer lines. i got this for bolder lines tho :)"
