"I bought this because it was supposed to be matte, but when I applied it, it felt quite moisturizing! Turns out, it becomes matte over time. Since it's not matte from the start, it's great for someone like me with lots of lip lines and dryness. Most importantly, it applies smoothly and hardly transfers. There's a bit of staining too. As someone with a cool pale skin tone, it felt a bit off, but I think it would work well for those with a cool soft tone."
