Baerry Summer Giveaway — Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The “Baerry Summer Giveaway” (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by NWC America Inc. The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, Instagram, Meta, or any other social media platform. You understand you are providing information to the Sponsor and not to any platform.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the following eligible countries who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry:

United States, United Kingdom, Canada (excluding Quebec), Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Poland, Czech Republic, Greece, and Luxembourg.

Void in New York, Florida, Quebec, and where otherwise prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, and contractors of the Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate family/household members, are not eligible. The grand prize requires international travel; entrants must hold (or be able to obtain) a valid passport and meet all entry requirements for the Republic of Korea.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins June 20, 2026 at 12:00 AM PST and ends July 10, 2026 at 11:59 PM PST (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeper.

4. How to Enter

Base entry (free — 1 entry): During the Entry Period, visit https://thebaerry.com/pages/seoul-flight-giveaway-2026, complete the entry form (including a valid email address), and follow @imbaerry on TikTok and @baerrybeauty on Instagram.

Bonus entries:

• +1 — Share the Giveaway post to your social story
• +1 per day — Return to https://thebaerry.com/pages/seoul-flight-giveaway-2026 during the Entry Period and re-enter (one free return entry per calendar day).
• +1 per qualifying order — Place an order of USD $49 or more on thebaerry.com during the Entry Period. Multiple qualifying orders earn multiple entries.

Free Alternative Method of Entry: No purchase is necessary. Any entry available through a qualifying purchase may instead be obtained for free via the daily free return entry described above, which carries equal weight in the drawing. Purchasing does not improve your odds beyond the equivalent free entry.

Entries must be made by the individual entrant; automated, bot, or third-party-service entries are void. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules.

Grand prize details

The grand prize is awarded solely as a travel gift card in the amount of USD $1,500, issued via a major travel-booking provider selected by the Sponsor (the specific provider may change at Sponsor’s discretion), delivered electronically to the winner. The grand prize does NOT include: the actual flight booking, airfare above the gift-card value, accommodation beyond the gift-card value, airport transfers, travel insurance, visas, passport fees, meals, spending money, or any other cost. The winner is solely responsible for booking their own travel, for all costs exceeding the gift-card value, and for meeting all travel/entry requirements. The gift card is subject to the issuing provider’s own terms and expiry, must be redeemed by August 31, 2026, is non-transferable, may not be exchanged for cash, and no cash alternative is offered. If the winner cannot or does not redeem the gift card within the redemption window, the prize is forfeited.

Baerry PR box details

Each Baerry PR box contains 3 full-size K-beauty products. By accepting a Baerry PR box prize, the winner agrees to create and publish at least one haul/unboxing post featuring the box on TikTok or Instagram within 14 days of receiving it, tagging @imbaerry (TikTok) / @baerrybeauty (Instagram) and including a clear disclosure that the products were received as a prize (e.g. #gifted or #ad). The winner grants the Sponsor the right to repost, share, and reuse this content across Baerry’s channels and marketing. PR box contents may vary; reference images are illustrative only.

Baerry gift card details

Each USD $20 Baerry gift card prize is redeemable on thebaerry.com only against orders of USD $49 or more (before tax and shipping). The gift card cannot be redeemed for cash, is non-transferable, and is subject to Baerry’s standard gift-card terms and expiry.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Limit one prize per person/household.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, conducted on or around July 20, 2026, with winners announced on July 31, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Before being declared a winner, each selected entrant who is a Canadian resident must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question.

Winners will be notified by email and/or direct message using the contact details provided at entry. A selected entrant must respond and confirm acceptance by 11:59 PM PST on August 7, 2026 and may be required to provide proof of identity, age, eligibility, and (for the grand prize) a signed declaration/release and tax documentation. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the response window, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected by random drawing, time permitting.

7. Taxes

All taxes (federal, state/provincial, and local) and any other costs associated with prize acceptance and use are the sole responsibility of the winner. For U.S. winners, prizes valued over USD $600 require the winner to complete a Form W-9 and the Sponsor to issue a Form 1099. Failure to return required tax or eligibility documents within the requested timeframe may result in forfeiture.

8. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, social handle, likeness, voice, prize-related content, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further compensation.

9. Privacy & Data

Information collected from entrants is used to administer the Giveaway and, where the entrant has opted in, for marketing, in accordance with Baerry’s Privacy Policy at . Marketing consent is not required to enter. EU/UK entrants may exercise their data rights as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. General Conditions / Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any factor beyond its control impairs its integrity. To the maximum extent permitted by law, entrants release the Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance/use.

11. Governing Law

These Rules are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
