Adequate Layering

"Evaporates faster than the essence texture suggests. Better than basic toners, though. Works fine for seasonal maintenance."

— Lauren (4/5)

I chose this toner because the pantethoine ingredient is good for soothing sensitive skin, but it's really perfect for my skin type! The texture of the Witch Factory toner is more like an essence, and it doesn't sting or irritate me at all when I apply it! I have very sensitive skin, but I'm very satisfied because it's soothing and moisturizing without irritation compared to other toners.

I have small breakouts and it gets dry in winter, so I apply it before my serum and it absorbs quickly. I felt like it took less than a minute, but it didn't feel like it went away quickly, so it was good for a light moisturizer before my serum!

It's especially good to apply on dry days in the fall and winter! It makes my cheeks feel tight and soft, so I want to keep touching my cheeks after absorbing it lol.

I love how nourishing and moisturizing it is, like an ampoule and essence in one. It's a viscous formula, but not sticky and can be steamed and moisturized.

It's creamier than regular toner because it's an essence toner, but it definitely feels more moisturizing! It's so good to use in winter!

I noticed a noticeable decrease in redness and pimples on my acne-prone skin, and I felt like my "skin barrier was improving. "

I love how hydrating and moisturizing it is, and it's not too oily for my skin.

It has no scent, no irritation, and is gentle enough for sensitive skin. I'm especially happy with how this toner keeps my skin moisturized on days when dryness is a concern.

It's a slightly viscous essence-toner, so when I put some in my palm and spread it on my skin, it absorbs quickly and leaves a moisturizing film.
