退款政策

 

baerry is committed to offering only the highest-quality products and does not sell used or damaged items.
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, or if you wish to return an unused, unopened product in its original condition, you may request a return (refund) within 30 days of receiving your order.
Your return package must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date, and any returns sent after this period will not be accepted.

We currently do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.
Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment and covering the associated shipping costs with their preferred courier service.
* However, for customers in the United States (US), a UPS return shipping label will be provided, and the cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

If the total order amount becomes less than USD $49 after deducting the returned items,
the initial shipping fee of USD $7.99 will be deducted from your refund amount.

If fraudulent or excessive return (refund) requests occur, baerry reserves the right to limit future return (refund) requests.
All return (refund) approvals are subject to baerry’s internal review and discretion.

 

Return / Refund Procedure

You can submit your return request through the baerry Return Center using your order number or the email address used for purchase.

  1. Contact baerry Customer Support to initiate a return.
    Please include the following information. Incomplete details may result in rejection of your return request.

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • For unopened products: photos showing that the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

    • For damaged, defective, or incorrect products: photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product
      ※ For incorrect items, please also attach a photo of the shipping label on the package.

  2. Once your inquiry is submitted, our team will review the details and guide you through the return (refund) process.

Non-Eligibility for Returns / Refunds

Returns (refunds) are available for defective or incorrect products, as well as unused, unopened products in their original condition.
Please note that returns (refunds) will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The item was not purchased from baerry

  • The package was returned due to customer-related reasons, such as an incorrect address or recipient unavailable

  • More than 30 days have passed since delivery

  • The product has been opened, used, worn, tested, damaged, or is no longer in its original condition

  • The product’s original packaging, seal, tags, labels, accessories, gifts, or included components are missing or damaged

  • The return is requested to change the color or product option after the product has been opened

 

Exchange / Replacement

We currently do not offer exchange services.
If you wish to change your item, please place a new order after returning the original item, provided that the original item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
Please note that product colors may vary slightly depending on device settings or individual skin tones.

Damages and Issues

If your product is damaged, missing, or incorrect, please submit your request through the Return Center within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
