Step 01
Press and hold the power button for more than 2 seconds to turn on the device.

Step 02
Select your desired mode (SLIM / UP / BODY) and adjust the intensity using the + / – buttons.
– For first-time use, start from Level 1.

Step 03
Apply a sufficient amount of water-based boosting gel or moisturizing cream to the desired area before use. This helps the EMS current transfer smoothly to the skin.
– Avoid using the device on dry skin.
– Reapply the gel or cream if the skin becomes dry during use.

Step 04
Gently massage the desired area in upward motions for firming and contouring care.
