"the product that I received has an extremely cheap feeling dropper (squeeze thingy is extremely stiff and hard to squeeze, and the dropper itself no longer glides into the bottle). Furthermore, the serum itself has an extremely different appearance--it used to be a translucent off-white color, and now it's an extremely opaque pure white color, like milk. the changes lead me to believe the product may be fake, but even if not, I'm very disappointed and can't return the product."
