I chose this toner because the pantethoine ingredient is good for soothing sensitive skin, but it's really perfect for my skin type! The texture of the Witch Factory toner is more like an essence, and it doesn't sting or irritate me at all when I apply it! I have very sensitive skin, but I'm very satisfied because it's soothing and moisturizing without irritation compared to other toners.

I have small breakouts and it gets dry in winter, so I apply it before my serum and it absorbs quickly. I felt like it took less than a minute, but it didn't feel like it went away quickly, so it was good for a light moisturizer before my serum!

I love how nourishing and moisturizing it is, like an ampoule and essence in one. It's a viscous formula, but not sticky and can be steamed and moisturized.
