"Truly Cicaming Water Essence . . . settles in. Now that it's winter, my skin is dry because it's winter. I needed an essence, so I was looking for it, but I was already using a toner pad. I liked it, so I bought a water essence. Does the essence feel concentrated when applied? I felt like it penetrated deep into my skin. I think it will be good for quick drying!!!
