"It's definitely different when I use it and when I don't use it, and the feeling of eating makeup is different from the foundation step after toner. It wipes away the roughness and dirt on my face. If I wipe the side of my nose, eyebrows, and chin with the rough side, it seems to exfoliate the dead skin much better.
